I had a uterine prolapse and incontinence issues after the birth of my last baby. Your dvd pelvic floor exercises helped me feel normal again.
Of course, I quit after some time but just started them again.
I just found out I’m expecting again and I want to keep my pelvic floor strong and supported. I would also like to stay fit this time around. Is the DVD and exercise videos on the website safe to continue when pregnant?

Yes, since you have started the Hab It dvd before pregnancy, you are okay to continue, however you will have to modify as your belly grows. See this YouTube clip of 4 exercises that will explain modifications needed to accomodate your inability to lay on your stomach:
