Hello,
I gave birth 7 weeks ago, have a cystocele Grade 3 and just started the first workout.
I try to stay in posture the whole time when I am out of bed. But it is very exhausting. After 30 minutes I am ready to go to bed again because I am so exhausted holding the posture all the time. The last weeks I spend much time in bed necause of my prolapse and I never leave the house (only garden).
So how shall I be active which is called best medicine if this posturing is so exhausting?

Lina,
Remember, neutral spine posture is simply positioning – it should not be exhausting. Please take some time and read through the Posture topic in the Education section again. The posture taught is how your body should be held for the rest of your life.
Get up and be active. Find your stomach or hands and knees and work some multifidi lifts to “reset” as needed throughout your day.
