Hab-it Exercises Forums Ask Tasha! Workouts for pregnancy

    I just found out that I’m pregnant for the 3rd time. 🙂 I’ve been doing the Habit exercises, but I haven’t gotten past the 2nd workout. I want to be stronger for this pregnancy, so I was wanting to find a workout to do that is safe for my pelvic floor. Are the Habit workouts good to continue for strength building or do I need to add something else like the cardio interval workout? Also, is that one safe to do throughout pregnancy?



    Yes, since you have started the Hab It workouts prior to pregnancy, it is fine to continue them. You always want to be cautious in starting a new program or workout after you discover you are pregnant, but continuing what you have already been doing is just fine.
