I have been doing workout 1 for almost two weeks, everyday but my period started today. It might be a silly question but it will help me feel better knowing if I can still do workout exercises and kegels during my period since I don’t want to stop with my routine. Can I still continue with the workout and kegels?
Another question regarding the workout1, for the 8 Kegel lift and hold. Do we use our TA muscles during kegel or is just the pelvic floor? Just want to make sure I’m doing them right.
