    I have been doing workout 1 for almost two weeks, everyday but my period started today. It might be a silly question but it will help me feel better knowing if I can still do workout exercises and kegels during my period since I don’t want to stop with my routine. Can I still continue with the workout and kegels?
    Another question regarding the workout1, for the 8 Kegel lift and hold. Do we use our TA muscles during kegel or is just the pelvic floor? Just want to make sure I’m doing them right.

    Yes, continue to exercise the week you are menstruating. And yes, use your TA for Kegel lift and holds. Our bodies don’t work any one muscle in isolation and our pelvic floor is no exception!
