    I do feel you should be able to get back to all those training goals. Re-set your base with the Hab It exercises, then I would recommend a progression through my Hab It Cardio program (the Plyo program is more HIIT and will be appropriate for you after you work slowly through this progression. Keep in mind that rushing the rehab, making a consistent postural mistake, or a failure to understand how to breath with upper chest elevation and expansion can limit your recovery. Ensure you are fully understanding and implementing good practice with each piece of the rehab puzzle and you will be good to go!
