Hi Tasha, is it normal to get pain after doing kegels with a urethrocele? I have both a bladder prolapse and urethrocele. When I start trying to exercise I find that I get break through bleeding also. Is something extra/wrong going on?

The bleeding with exercise is a concern and worthy of a visit to your OB GYN. Can be adhesions breaking up but shouldn’t be painful to do Kegels, unless you aren’t able to fully relax the muscle and it is in spasm?
