    Hi Tasha,

    I just got the DVD and you mentioned not to perform more than 8-10 two-step Kegel exercises per day. Do you mean the one that lifting up basket for 8 seconds following by the 4 contraction?

    Yes, that’s the one Amy. I don’t want you doing more that 8-10 long holds followed by 4 quick flicks. Your pelvic floor is just one muscle that supports your pelvic organs. I would rather have you put extra time into working your TA, your multifidi, your adductors, and your internal rotators.
