I had hysterectomy due to uterine prolape last year. I have been swimming daily in the last 10 years and have question about the breast stroke. Can the breast stroke make the pelvic floor dysfunction?? Thanks

    Janet,
No the breast stroke can not cause pelvic floor dysfunction. As a matter of fact, the adductor work, TA work, and posture of the stroke is great for your pelvic floor.
