    Hi Tasha,
    I’m 7 weeks post-partum & have been doing your program for 3 weeks, which I’m really enjoying.I have a moderate bladder prolapse, symptom wise I sometimes feel heaviness and notice it occasionally when I sit down. I have no other issues from it. Now I’ve been cleared by the doctor I’m keen to do more cardio exercise, other than walking & swimming I was wondering if stair walking (outdoors, concrete) is okay? I would limit it to 5 minutes. Do you think this is okay or would there be too much pressure on my pelvic floor?

    Let’s do some stairs!!! Alternate between single and double stair walks to target different muscles. Be sure to descend slowly with minimal impact as you work your way down the stairs – this just so happens to be a great eccentric quad strengthener as well 🙂

    I would also encourage you to check out our Hab It Cardio program for another training block (2-3 months)
