I was wondering if you have come across Michelle Kenway, an Australian physio? If so what do you think of her idea of sometimes doing quick flicks at the top of a pelvic floor contraction. She advices this as an advanced option for someone who feels confident they have developed a strong long hold.
I have researched Michelle Kenway and she and I disagree on one fundamental concept – the TA. This question, however, is on quick flicks at the top of a pelvic floor lift and hold and that is fine with me as long as you don’t have tendency to hold tension.
