I have a stage 4 prolapse
My dr wants to do surgery.
I had a total hysterectomy in 2006.I do not want to go thrpugh all tne pain amd emotions again .I do not think I can handle that again. My husband and my dr keeps telling me to do the operatipn and to go through all the test they make you do before surgery even
if I do not do surgery.
Sherry,
It sounds like everybody wants you to do surgery but YOU. Remember it is your body and whatever path you choose, your mental frame of mind must be all in.
The question for you is, what have you done in exercise, postural and breathing adjustments to help your body support itself? Tell me what the negative side effect to an exercise program is? If you can’t come up with one, then why don’t you give yourself a chance to strengthen?
Take some time and read through my Education section. Get a full grip on what you can actually do. You are not a bystander while your body fails – you actually have voluntary muscles that you can train to better support your vaginal walls.
Take charge Sherry!
