    I was just diagnosed with a cystocele (bladder prolapse) and I am 23 weeks pregnant. Which workouts are safe for me during pregnancy? Obviously I can not perform the ones lying on my stomach. Please help!

    Because you are just starting these exercises, I recommend you go with the pregnancy specific exercises that we have on our YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/user/PTPartners/videos

    You can begin the Hab It dvd content immediately after a vaginal delivery and after exercise clearance after a c-section.
