    Hi, I have a bladder prolapse and I’m 15 weeks pregnant. Can I perform these excercises while pregnant and throughout my pregnancy?

    Laura,
    If you had already started the program before you were pregnant, it is ok to continue, however if you are starting new, the pregnancy exercises on our YouTube Channel would be appropriate:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PPmv9G8F_fY

    Also, these exercises will be great modifications once your belly gets too big to be on your stomach!
