I have been doing the exercises on your pelvic floor DVD for about 5 days and notice that on the days that i do the exercises i experience a lot of pelvic pain which i have never had before. So my question is is that normal muscle fatigue causing the pain or am i doing something wrong? Thank you so much!
If you are having pelvic pain, my assumption is that you are contracting the muscles, but they are not letting go! Please read through the topic “Pelvic Floor Muscle Spasms” within the Educate Yourself section. For some its as easy and just focusing on relaxing your pelvic floor between exercises and some others need to add in deep breathing and pelvic rocking. Take a look and see if it helps.
