    Hi Tasha,

    I’ve been doing the DVD workout once a day, everyday for almost three weeks. Is this ok or should I do the workout every other day?

    Also, my glutes are getting sore from the daily squeezes. Any advice on this? Foam roller? Tennis balls?

    Lisa,
    You can do the exercises daily if you choose – just simply limiting your two step kegels to 8-10/day.

    That being said, your next sentence describes glute soreness – this would be a response that you should feel and read that your body needs a day off and possible some good stretches and a roll out.

    Listen to your body – don’t charge blindly forward – feel, work to understand and you will find much more success!
