I have been doing the first set of exercises 3 times a week for about 6 weeks now, although without the Kegels as they seem to make my bladder symptoms worse. However, when I started the second set of exercises, my hips seemed to get more painful. Should I persevere or am I ok to just do the first set all the time as I really like these.
Try the 2nd set for a couple of weeks and see how your body responds. You should be able to progress through these base core workouts to ensure activation of and then coordination of your muscle firing.
