I am a 60 year old who has just dIiscovered I may have rectocele and urethracele. I have a doctor\’s appt. this week and was \”freaking out\” until I found this website. I noticed almost everyone who was corresponding was young and having babies. Are the opportunities for change as good for a woman my age ? | am using estriol now.
Blanche,
Absolutely, you can make a big difference in your prolapse symptoms. We have had several post menopause users that have had great success. The key is to be consistent with neutral spine posture and the specific exercises for your entire pelvic basket of muscles.
I also want to refer you to another great site at http://www.prolapsehealth.com. If you read through their forums, you will find women of all ages commenting on what has worked for them.
