I have purchased your workout CD and would like to know is there anything that I can ad in as I am extremely weak on the left hand side and have had hip, pelvic pain for many years? I am starting with workout one and am concentrating on contracting the left hand side when I am performing the exercises.
Without having an opportunity to evaluate you – I would recommend you work through one workout on the Hab It dvd daily if possible. Also read through the Posture topic within the Educate Yourself section so that you can begin to conistently focus on neutral spine posture. What both of these areas of focus will offer is symetrical, bilateral strengthening which is what you need as you work to even you muscle firing right side and left side.
