I have a question about proper posture/technique for getting in-and-out of my vehicle. It is a fairly big truck and it is a big step up and down and I always feel like I\\\’m thudding down. I try to just go slow but feel like it looks silly. I try to hold my TA muscle but find it difficult while twisting/sliding into seat. If you have any suggestions that would be great. Thanks!

I have a Yukon XL so I understand the big step up and down. I would recommend you use the running board and second, be aware of exhaling with movements instead of using short breath holds throughout the process.

You are on the right track with drawing your TA up and in throughout the process. Keep conditioning that muscle and use your exhale to help.
