    Tasha,
    I was wondering if hula hooping is ok to do with prolapse? I used too hula hoop with mt older daughter before pregnancy and prolapse. I always thought it felt like a good core workout and would love to do it again. Also what about bicycle crunches for the core?

    Mo, hula hooping is fine as long as you don’t breath hold.

    Lower abdominal bicycles are a no. I used to have them in my workout, but found that too many women breath hold and I found they recruited the RA too readily. Stay with a variety of plank strength moves and you will have a tight, strong core without the RA jumping in front of the TA.
