I suffered a fourth degree tear with my daughter’s delivery almost 6 months ago. I’ve been doing your program religiously since I was cleared for exercise at 6 weeks. I’ve not suffered from prolapse and I’ve seen good improvement with vaginal tone, however my urogynocologist says that my rectal muscles and sphincter are still weak (I’m still having issues with gas incontinence…embarrassing to say the least). Do you have any suggestions or recommendations? I’m so worried that this won’t improve!
