I have started doing your exercise in hopes that this 58 year old, 6 children, all with natural births can be helped.
Our children are 20 years apart in age-oldest 34 and youngest 14. About 6 years ago I was fitted with a Pessary.
My question is should I be doing your exercises with or without my Pessary?
It would be best for you to do the exercises without your pessary in. You don’t want the cross-fiber pressure from the pessary that can shut down some muscle fibers and I want you to feel if any exercise blows down on your pelvic floor vs lifting it. You should feel your pelvic floor lift with any and all activation of your TA, multifidi, and pelvic floor.
