I have just bought the DVD and tried out the first exercise. It’s very easy to follow and I’m hopeful that it will make a difference for my case of prolapse.
Can you please tell me, How many of each exercise am I to do each day? Is it just ‘exercise 1’ for a few days then progressing on to ‘exercise 2’ after that and so on? Or ‘exercise 1’ ‘2’ and ‘3’ in one day.
