Hi Tasha. Thank you so much for the Hab-it website. It has given hope to so many of us. Am I right in saying that it is fine to repeat the exercises you do in the videos as many times as you like in the day except for the kegels? What is the limit for kegels too? Thank you.
Limit your two step Kegels to just 8-10/day, but all the other exercises can be worked as much as your time allows. Once they fatigue, you may struggle recruiting the right muscles – if this happens you will note pressure down on your pelvic floor vs lifted up off of your pelvic floor.
