Hi Tasha,
I have a visible grade 2 cystocele. I can see it without straining when I look with a mirror, it hasn’t quite reached the introitus. In your prolapse story you mentioned that you had a grade 3 prolapse. Could you see your prolapse if you looked without straining? I’m hoping the bulge that I see could improve and to reduce my symptoms with your program. I am 3 months postpartum.
Thank you!
Katherine,
Yes, although I didn’t look with a mirror as much as feel for my prolapse, it was often just outside the vaginal opening without straining. Recovering from prolapse or reducing your symptoms is based on consistency with neutral spine posture, your breathing should be with chest elevation and expansion, and your exercise program should be consistent!
Be patient and be consistent and you will see results.
