I have been using the correct posture but have developed low back pain, am I doing something wrong?

Check and re-check that posture. Get in front of a mirror with very little on so you can see your body move. Be sure you are not stuck in a gymnast position with too much extension of your low back. This would be my first check when you speak of low back pain.

Second, stretch those hamstrings, lay on your stomach and stretch your hip flexors and see how your body responds. If your back pain remains, then I would recommend you have a therapist check your posture. It isn’t easy, its dynamic! (Have you read that blog entry – its a good one!)
