I just started the Hab-It workout program and currently on level 2 exercises. I’m really liking it. This is similar to what my PT used to make me do but I love the option of a DVD for at-home PT session.
I have a question regarding the cardio workout. Ever since being diagnosed with multiple POP last year I have been scared to do any time of cardio for fear it will make my POP worse. The idea of jumping or even jogging is terrifying.
If your cardio program suited for someone like me with a grade/Stage 2 POP?
Thank you in advance.
Laetitia,
You are the exact target of the Hab It Cardio program. This program will advance your core strength while challenging your cardio at the same time. There is no running or jumping in this exercises. We are very mindful of knee and shoulder joints so there is no impact exercises – just pure strength and endurance exercise that will get your heartrate up!
