After having my 2nd child I developed a uterine prolapse. I use your DVD often and have felt an improvement as far as the heaviness I no longer feel all the time. I felt confident enough to try my first bike ride since the prolapse. The next day I felt the dreaded heaviness. Just wanted to know if I can continue to bike ride. I’m hoping my body and muscles will adjust to this new exercise. I don’t want to undo all the hard work I’ve done using your DVD.

Yes, please continue to bike ride. Aloow your body to adjust to this new level of stress. Also be sure that your positioning on your bike has your tail bone free of pressure.
