    Hi Tasha,
Instead of using a sling, what do you think about using a wrap carrying the baby at the front facing inwards? Would this post increase the pressure pushing on the abdomen and do impact on prolapse? or how about using a soft structured carrier with a wide hip belt? Can you tell me more on what to beware of while carrying a baby?
    Thanks.

Totally fine with a wrap. I just want you to be free to keep your tail bone lifted and TA drawn in and up while carrying your little one. Picture in your head a mom carrying a little one with one hip thrust forward, tucking her buns under to give the little one a bit more support under their bottom. This is so bad for our bodies. The slings or wraps allow our body the freedom to still focus on our own posture while still holding and supporting our baby close!
