    Hi Tasha,
What do you think of the Apex M (by InControl Medical) device for incontinence? Is it something that can help with prolapse as well? If it is used for incontinence due to prolapse would it cause trouble for the prolapse?

    Thank you for your reply.

    Carol,
I am only a promoter of electrical impulse IF you are not able to fully recruit your pelvic floor muscles. In that case, they would be used to essentially get the electrical impulses going along with your own voluntary muscle contraction. I do not recommend these for long term use.

Keep in mind, your time is better spent on your posture, your breathing, and your overall work of your pelvic basket, with more time spent on TA, multifidi, deep hip rotators, and adductors, than just on your pelvic floor.

Read through Pelvic Basket Muscles within the Educate Yourself section to get a better understanding of this. Then move on to the Posture section!
