    Look up hypopressive breathing on YouTube and work through that a bit. As a physical therapist, you will be able to determine TA vs RA. TA (as demonstrated in hypopressives) will act like a vaccum re-directing pressure up under your ribs. Also, check your tail bone. Is your anchor staying solid or is it pulling into flexion?

    Remember posture throughout your day is positioning vs constant muscle activation!
